4 Smoothie Recipe...

I have been pretty obsessed with trying to get on the healthy train. Not there yet, but trying! Here is a great smoothie recipe that gives you some of the veggies & fruit that you need. Plus it works as a great cleanser & it is quick & easy!

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and chug..chug..chug..chug!
1 cup of blueberries
1 banana
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 whole carrot
1/2 cup water

  1. I love that you include the recipe, so many people are jumping on the healthy smoothie train but not sharing the recipe.

    SO, my question is. Is is enjoyable to drink at all, or just a 'healthy' breakfast? I usually make my smoothies with Greek Yogurt, lots of fruit, some juice - so it's pretty sweet. I'd love to be healthier - but I don't want to hate eating breakfast.

    1. Hey Tausha! Honestly it is more of a healthy breakfast. It's not that it is bad tasting, it just isn't that sweet. I would love to try the ones you make ;)
