2 Innocence...

This is what I walked into the other day as I got back from the grocery store...
Of course I gave the stink eye and got a smart remark...He wanted to play indians. As much as I wanted to be upset at how this little guy would soon be bald... no worries there was not one tear shed or one hair pulled!  I couldn't help but notice the huge smile on his face. Playing with big brother in their own little way is always heart warming. The innocence of how their little mind works always has me questioning where did you get that from? It is true, kids say & do the darndest things. If you have joy & show them joy thats what they will return. They watch and see everything us tall people do. Hey at this age they think I'm pretty darn cool :) I will roll with that all day everyday.  I thank God that I am blessed to be the first person to give them kisses in the morning and the last person they see after bedtime prayers. I couldn't imagine not waking up to these smily faces, or hearing their little giggles. Thank you lord for such beautiful blessings that make the world that much more humorable.
Prayers for all those families & loved ones in Connecticut. Heaven has gained some beautiful angels. I can't even imagine what you are going through. I just pray God continues to give you strenght & comfort.

  1. Sometimes I have the same reaction. I can't help but to laugh at my two when I walk in on them or overhear their dialogue. It amazes me at times and it also reminds me how thankful I am for them.
