1 Halloween recipe

It is time to get our halloween on around here. I got this idea from my local grocery store. How cute  spooky are these little ghosts?  Such an easy, healthy & yummy treat for your little one.
What you need..
1. String Cheese
2. Raisins
And that is it! So simple right?
So go on & get your spooky on and enjoy!

9 Easy Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
Pillsbury dough pizza crust
Pizza sauce
Tomatoes
Mushrooms
Spinach
Green Olives
Mozzarella Cheese

Follow directions according to pizza dough crust then layer all the ingredients above 
(according to your taste)
That is it!! So easy & yummy! Now it is MUNCH time!

4 Smoothie Recipe...

I have been pretty obsessed with trying to get on the healthy train. Not there yet, but trying! Here is a great smoothie recipe that gives you some of the veggies & fruit that you need. Plus it works as a great cleanser & it is quick & easy!

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and chug..chug..chug..chug!
1 cup of blueberries
1 banana
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 whole carrot
1/2 cup water

14 Everything is better with a lil' B-A-C-O-N

Hey there you! 
A while back someone shared this yummy recipe with me at a BBQ. 
I tried them at home & they are a total hit! My hubs & 6 year old can't get enough of these yummy things. Come on who doesn't love bacon??
  I would prefer turkey bacon... but hey sometimes you just gotta give your man what he wants y'all!

 You will Need...
1. Bacon
2. Jalapenos
3. Cream Cheese
4. Toothpicks
 1. Cut jalapenos in half vertically
 2. Remove all seeds & wash well
 3. Fill with Cream Cheese
 4. Slice bacon in half & wrap around jalapeno.
 Hold it together with a toothpick.
Now stick them on the BBQ pit & grill!!
Now taste the delicious-nesssss!!
Super easy, super fast & super yummy!

16 Spice things up!

Hey there y'all! I want to share a yummy...yummy little meal here..
One of my girlfriends shared this wonderful Chutney recipe & I so totally had to share. 
For a mommy & wife who fights with time,
 this recipe is Perfecto! 
Fast, Easy & super Delish!
You will need
-Thin Chicken breast
-Spicy Montreal seasoning(My Fav)
-Half a lemon

Season your chicken as much as you desire...
Squeeze and marinade with lemon juice...
I also grilled some mushrooms on the side...
Pretty Simple huh?
For the Chutney sauce you will need
-Green Peppers
-Mint leaves
-Cilantro
-Lime Juice
-Salt
-Sour cream or Plain yogurt
I used
-2 peppers(without seeds)
-1 squeezed lime
-1/4 cup of mint leaves
-1/2 cup of cilantro
-2tablespoons of Sour Cream
(I totally forgot the yogurt at the grocery store..Darn!)

Mix it all together in your little blinder & serve...
Add ingredients to whatever amount and flavor you desire.

Yup, that's it guys!

10 Grab your Sombrero...

and lets talk mexican fooood! 
Yesterday I cooked up these tasty little tacos & would love to share with you!
(ATTENTION do not attempt to eat if you are on a diet..this can ruin it hahah)
You will need..
1. Thin cut round steak (milanesa steak)
2.Corn tortillas ( I used yellow)
3.Salt
4. Pepper
5.Montreal steak seasoning
6. Olive oil
-Heat up your pan with a table spoon of Olive oil
-Cook on medium heat while covered (don't forget to stir it every now & then y'all)
-while that is cooking heat up a pan with about 2 table spoons of Olive oil.
-Fry your corn tortilla for a minute or two(till it gets a little crispy)
-Have a plate and paper towel ready to help soak up the extra oil from the tortilla
And.. Thats it!!! So easy huh???
For the pico de gallo you will need...
1. Tomato
2. Green pepper
3.Cilantro
4.Onion
5. Lime
I chopped..
-one small roman tomato
-One pepper
-About a handfull of cilantro
-1/4 of a white onion
Add some salt & mix it all with the juice of half a lime.
Now those bad boys are ready to be served!! 
Oh, & you can't forget the sour cream 
(they also taste great with a little squirt of lime)
Now grab your Sombrero & sit down for a "bueno" meal!!
Alright y'all thats about all the spanish I know...sad I know!
